Thank you for supporting the American Hop Museum through purchases from our online store. As a small nonprofit with limited staff, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Where We Ship

  • Merchandise purchases are shipped within the United States only

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping for merchandise

 

(Donations are accepted worldwide.)

 

Processing & Shipping Time

The American Hop Museum has a small team, and our online shop is supported alongside daily museum operations.

 

Please note:

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • During our active season (May through mid-October), processing times may be slightly shorter

  • Orders may also be delayed due to staffing availability, holidays, or special events

 

You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Shipping methods may vary depending on item size, weight, and destination

 

Inventory Availability

Many items sold online are also available in our physical museum gift shop. Because inventory is shared:

  • An item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed

  • If this happens, we will contact you promptly

 

If an item cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered a refund for that item.
